• Develop and execute a territory plan to build pipeline and drive new business revenue while helping build the Swing brand in your territory.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, key customers, board members, and other influencers within your territory
• Lead sales meetings with school and district administrators
• Lead the sales cycle from initial contact through to board approval and contract execution
• Develop and present quarterly sales plans for your territory
• Leverage consultants to help you connect with target districts
• Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute an events plan to generate sales opportunities
• Conduct thoughtful research of target accounts to turn leads into deals
• Identify and attend conferences where you can generate leads and generate buzz about Swing
