About the role
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across various positions
- Advise managers on hires and candidate communication
- Collaborate on job descriptions and hiring criteria
- Use data to advise on talent availability and compensation
- Implement sourcing strategies and build candidate pipelines
- Conduct interviews and select qualified candidates
- Partner with HR to maintain compliance with laws and regulations
- Maintain records in Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Collaborate on high priority recruiting projects
- Provide regular performance updates and analysis
Requirements
- 3+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience in construction or manufacturing industry
- Preferred trade experience in Drywall, Carpentry, Mass Timber or Concrete
- Strong knowledge of recruitment trends and practices
- Strong working knowledge of employment law
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes
- Proficient with ATS and CRM technologies; Experience with Workday HCM and ATS is a plus
- Excellent bilingual (English and Spanish) communication skills
