About the role

  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across various positions
  • Advise managers on hires and candidate communication
  • Collaborate on job descriptions and hiring criteria
  • Use data to advise on talent availability and compensation
  • Implement sourcing strategies and build candidate pipelines
  • Conduct interviews and select qualified candidates
  • Partner with HR to maintain compliance with laws and regulations
  • Maintain records in Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Collaborate on high priority recruiting projects
  • Provide regular performance updates and analysis

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience in construction or manufacturing industry
  • Preferred trade experience in Drywall, Carpentry, Mass Timber or Concrete
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment trends and practices
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes
  • Proficient with ATS and CRM technologies; Experience with Workday HCM and ATS is a plus
  • Excellent bilingual (English and Spanish) communication skills
