About the role

  • Report sales closing status to commercial leadership
  • Manage the sales funnel and customer portfolio using Salesforce and company-provided tools
  • Available for in-person visits, participation in trade shows and events, and to work in a hybrid model (3 days in the office and 2 days remote)
  • Inbound: Responsible for meeting SLAs for contacting new incoming leads and for progressing negotiations to ensure conversion of these new customers
  • Prospect new clients: Identify sales opportunities and reach out to potential customers
  • Present products or services: Explain the features and benefits of the service offered in detail
  • Negotiate contracts: Discuss sales terms, pricing, payment conditions and other contract details
  • Close sales: Finalize the sale ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with agreed terms
  • Post-sales: Keep in touch with clients to ensure satisfaction and to identify additional sales opportunities
  • Sales reporting: Monitor and regularly report sales progress to leadership
  • Product knowledge: Stay up to date on offered products or services as well as market trends and conditions
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the internal sales team and other departments to meet customer needs

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Salesforce
  • Experience managing a client portfolio and customer relationships
  • Experience reporting results
  • Experience with active prospecting of new clients
  • Goal-oriented professional focused on achieving new sales targets
  • Ability to communicate and present effectively to all organizational levels
  • Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills across all segments
  • Analytical ability to interpret indicators such as potential vs target, referrals and conversion rates
