About the role
- Management and expansion of partner sales channels;
- Identify opportunities to open new channels in the region;
- Prospect new channel partners;
- Plan and execute sales initiatives and campaigns with channel partners;
- Promote and actively participate in events with partner channels;
- Collaborate with the sales team to pursue sales opportunities originating from channels;
- Liaise with and manage internal partner areas (Finance, Customer Success, Innovation, Legal, Marketing);
- Engage with clients (HR, end users) to resolve partnership-related issues and requests;
- Organize billing flows and processes, customer onboarding, implementation of new tools, etc.;
Requirements
- Previous experience managing channels and partnerships
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Practical knowledge of channel prospecting techniques
- Familiarity with sales CRM
- Plus: Knowledge of the employee benefits market
