About the role

  • Manage and organize a high volume of leads within your pipeline;
  • Conduct active outbound prospecting of new clients in the mid and large segments;
  • Map and prospect new opportunities;
  • Maintain a high level of performance in prospecting, nurturing, and lead-management activities via calls and emails;
  • Genuinely identify and listen to potential clients, understanding their main pain points and needs to generate business interest;
  • Occasionally participate in events to generate new business opportunities;
  • Work with a personalized prospecting cadence;
  • Create prospecting templates;
  • Maintain Salesforce to generate sales opportunities and keep the system up to date;
  • Organize the pipeline within Salesforce, tracking your metrics, goals, and activities;
  • Collect feedback from sales representatives to understand lead quality and align expectations about generated opportunities;
  • Ensure the quality of the handoff to the sales representative to help convert potential deals into customers;
  • Participate and support the team with a critical perspective and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as an Outbound BDR (mandatory)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience creating prospecting email copy (will be tested/evaluated)
  • Practical knowledge of Outbound Prospecting techniques, pipeline management, and prospecting funnel (will be tested/evaluated)
  • Familiarity with sales CRMs and Sales Engagement tools (MixMax, Ramper, Reev)
  • Differentiator: Knowledge of the benefits market
