About the role

  • Report sales closing status to commercial leadership.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and client portfolio using Salesforce and company-provided tools.
  • Available for on-site visits, participation in trade shows and events, and work in a hybrid model (3 days in the office and 2 days remote).
  • Inbound: Responsible for maintaining SLA for contacting new leads and for continuing negotiations to ensure final conversion of those leads.
  • Prospect new clients: Identify sales opportunities and establish contact with potential customers.
  • Present products or services: Explain in detail the features and benefits of the offered service.
  • Negotiate contracts: Discuss sales terms, pricing, payment conditions, and other contract details.
  • Close sales: Complete the sale ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with agreed terms.
  • Post-sales: Maintain contact with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Sales reporting: Monitor and regularly report sales progress to leadership.
  • Product knowledge: Stay up to date on offered products or services as well as market trends and conditions.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the internal sales team and other departments to meet customer needs.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Salesforce.
  • Experience managing client portfolios and customer relationships.
  • Experience reporting sales results.
  • Experience with proactive new client prospecting.
  • Target-driven professional focused on acquiring new business.
  • Ability to communicate and present effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills across all segments.
  • Analytical ability to interpret metrics such as potential vs. target, referrals, and conversion rates.
