- At Sweat Pants Agency, we are hiring a performance media buyer who can drive growth across Meta and TikTok ads for DTC and ecommerce brands.
- This role is for someone who can run paid media and also think like a marketer.
- You will build testing roadmaps, guide creative strategy, communicate with clients, and help us scale what works.

Requirements
- You have proven performance marketing results
- - Track record managing paid media accounts with real spend
- - Experience with DTC and ecommerce brands (preferred)
- - Strong understanding of testing and scaling
- You are a strategist, not a robot
- - You challenge assumptions and adapt fast
- - You do not blindly follow “best practices”
- - You can explain what you are doing and why
- You understand creative is the lever
- - You can build a creative testing roadmap
- - You can pull insights from reviews, competitor ads, and ad comments
- - You can work with editors to create winning ad variations
- - You can help source actor talent when needed
- You can diagnose the full funnel
- - You can spot whether performance issues are offer, creative, or conversion
- - You can give clear CRO suggestions to improve landing pages
- - You can think beyond the ad account
- You communicate clearly and lead
- - You can confidently speak with clients
- - You can present plans, results, and next steps
- - You stay calm, clear, and proactive
- You have ownership and urgency
