  • At Sweat Pants Agency, we are hiring a performance media buyer who can drive growth across Meta and TikTok ads for DTC and ecommerce brands.
  • This role is for someone who can run paid media and also think like a marketer.
  • You will build testing roadmaps, guide creative strategy, communicate with clients, and help us scale what works.

Requirements

  • You have proven performance marketing results
  • - Track record managing paid media accounts with real spend
  • - Experience with DTC and ecommerce brands (preferred)
  • - Strong understanding of testing and scaling
  • You are a strategist, not a robot
  • - You challenge assumptions and adapt fast
  • - You do not blindly follow “best practices”
  • - You can explain what you are doing and why
  • You understand creative is the lever
  • - You can build a creative testing roadmap
  • - You can pull insights from reviews, competitor ads, and ad comments
  • - You can work with editors to create winning ad variations
  • - You can help source actor talent when needed
  • You can diagnose the full funnel
  • - You can spot whether performance issues are offer, creative, or conversion
  • - You can give clear CRO suggestions to improve landing pages
  • - You can think beyond the ad account
  • You communicate clearly and lead
  • - You can confidently speak with clients
  • - You can present plans, results, and next steps
