About the role

  • Responsibility for a broad portfolio of existing customers, including key accounts.
  • Build trusted relationships and identify growth opportunities.
  • Proactively drive customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies and capture upsell and cross-sell potential.
  • Mentor colleagues and transfer know-how within the team.
  • Coordinate internal, customer-facing projects with high business relevance.

Requirements

  • At least 4–5 years of professional experience in Account Management or Customer Success (or a comparable role) in a digital, SaaS environment.
  • Experience and motivation to actively and purposefully drive upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
  • Deep understanding of strategic relationship management, stakeholder communication, and customer needs.
  • Experience handling complex customer structures and communicating with C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
