About the role
- Responsibility for a broad portfolio of existing customers, including key accounts.
- Build trusted relationships and identify growth opportunities.
- Proactively drive customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies and capture upsell and cross-sell potential.
- Mentor colleagues and transfer know-how within the team.
- Coordinate internal, customer-facing projects with high business relevance.
Requirements
- At least 4–5 years of professional experience in Account Management or Customer Success (or a comparable role) in a digital, SaaS environment.
- Experience and motivation to actively and purposefully drive upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
- Deep understanding of strategic relationship management, stakeholder communication, and customer needs.
- Experience handling complex customer structures and communicating with C-level stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
