About the role

  • Own Outbound Prospecting & Pipeline Generation: Identify, research, and engage target accounts using modern outbound techniques across email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Execute on Target Account Lists: Work from curated target account lists and continuously improve them by providing feedback on account quality, intent, and engagement.
  • Leverage AI to Scale Yourself: Use AI tools to:
  • Personalize outreach at scale
  • Enrich and qualify leads faster
  • Optimize messaging based on performance signals
  • Reduce manual work and increase daily output without sacrificing quality
  • Run Outreach Experiments: Test messaging, sequences, channels, and personalization strategies. Share learnings with Marketing and Sales to improve GTM playbooks.
  • Collaborate Deeply with Marketing & MOps: Partner closely with Integrated Marketing and Marketing Ops to activate campaigns, provide feedback on lead quality, and help operationalize new tools and workflows (including automation).
  • Help Shape the Future of Our SDR Motion: Document what works. Contribute to playbooks, templates, and AI-powered workflows that can later be scaled across the team.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in **BDR, SDR, Sales, Growth, or a similar role** (B2B SaaS is a must)
  • Experience with or strong interest in:
  • AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.— must have)
  • Sales tech (Apollo, Outreach, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc. — must have)
  • Automation or no-code tools (Zapier, Make — nice to have)
  • Comfortable working with data, tools, and CRM systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
