About the role
- Acquire, close, and expand strategic clients in your territory.
- Build and manage your own pipeline through targeted outreach.
- Execute the full sales cycle from initial outreach to onboarding.
- Lead consultative, solution-based sales by understanding prospects' business models.
- Deliver excellent customer experiences ensuring high-touch interactions.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of sales experience, preferably selling a technical product in Fintech or SaaS.
- Experience in an international or European environment.
- Ability to build and manage your own pipeline.
- Passionate about startups and new technology businesses.
- Self-driven and independent.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts.
- Proven ability to sell to large accounts.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent team player.
- Fluent in German with professional proficiency in English.
