About the role
- Control, maintain, critically analyze, and consolidate information related to the customers' order portfolio;
- Develop a trusted relationship with internal and external customers;
- Ensure compliance with conditions agreed upon with customers;
- Contribute to excellent customer service;
- Manage quotas and orders;
- Monitor the order portfolio to ensure full order fulfillment (OTIF - On Time In Full);
- Ensure achievement of the production rolling forecast;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress with expected graduation by 06/2026
- Experience with SAP and Zendesk is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo, SP
