About the role
- Develop, maintain, and optimize reports using HTML and OfficeConnect reporting tools
- Design and manage Adaptive Dashboards
- Prepare and deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial reports
- Create dynamic visualizations and dashboards
- Partner with business functions to provide financial analysis, scenario modeling, and decision support
- Apply strong accounting knowledge to ensure accurate financial statements and adherence to GAAP
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- MBA or CPA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis roles
- Advanced proficiency in Workday Adaptive Planning, including HTML reporting, OfficeConnect, and dashboard creation
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Advanced Excel and data visualization skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
