About the role

  • Provide customer service support to healthcare providers via phone and email
  • Deliver accurate reporting in compliance with industry standards
  • Act as point of contact for event vendor management, including activating and onboarding new vendors
  • Accurately issue payments to vendors and other payees
  • Generate pre- and post-event reports
  • Train and assist providers and staff on event management processes and event-related responsibilities

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated with strong multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting (preferred)
  • Prior project/event planning experience (a plus)
  • SME/floor support experience (a plus)
