About the role
- Provide customer service support to healthcare providers via phone and email
- Deliver accurate reporting in compliance with industry standards
- Act as point of contact for event vendor management, including activating and onboarding new vendors
- Accurately issue payments to vendors and other payees
- Generate pre- and post-event reports
- Train and assist providers and staff on event management processes and event-related responsibilities
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated with strong multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting (preferred)
- Prior project/event planning experience (a plus)
- SME/floor support experience (a plus)
