Vital product leadership activities include defining/refining the vision and product strategy, and developing business, financial and operational plans.

Day-to-day product management activities include speaking with clients, defining and prioritizing requirements, working with designers and engineers to ideate, design, build, test, deliver and optimize our solutions.
Work cross-functionally across client, partner, and internal stakeholders to take products from conception to launch.
Drive improvements where needed.
Frame tradeoffs and drive the decision-making process to push us forward.
Work with go-to-market teams on sales/marketing/demo materials and other collateral and provide subject matter expertise for internal, client, and partner sales efforts.
Plan and manage multiple initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned or required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent training, fellowship, or work experience.
5 + years of experience in product management with most recent experience in Conversational AI / Chatbots and/or Digital Assistants.
Understanding of software features, and the processes of ideation, validation, tradeoff evaluation and road mapping.
Experience in working with cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering and Operations.
Superior communications skills and demonstrated ability to communicate/present effectively at all levels of the organization.
Skilled at problem-solving and decision making with the ability to navigate challenging situations in a professional manner.
Preferred: Expert on Chatbots and have experience with Conversational AI solutions in support, sales & other functions.
Preferred: Experience with machine learning for Natural language understanding.
Preferred: Experience working with Azure AI - Luis.ai, Dialog Flow, Meya.ai, Salesforce Einstein, Alexa, Google Assistant, or Siri etc.
Preferred: Exploration or working on some of the latest advancements in conversational applications with CRMs
