About the role

  • Support full-cycle recruiting for roles across GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and G&A (HR, Finance, Operations, Legal) teams
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and timelines
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using a mix of inbound and outbound strategies
  • Manage candidate communication and scheduling throughout the interview process
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and recruiting metrics within the ATS
  • Deliver a positive, inclusive candidate experience from first touch through offer

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Full-cycle, in-house recruiting experience (required)
  • Generalist recruiting background across multiple functions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
  • Experience recruiting for technology or SaaS organizations is a plus
