About the role
- Support full-cycle recruiting for roles across GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and G&A (HR, Finance, Operations, Legal) teams
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and timelines
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using a mix of inbound and outbound strategies
- Manage candidate communication and scheduling throughout the interview process
- Maintain accurate candidate data and recruiting metrics within the ATS
- Deliver a positive, inclusive candidate experience from first touch through offer
Requirements
- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Full-cycle, in-house recruiting experience (required)
- Generalist recruiting background across multiple functions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Experience recruiting for technology or SaaS organizations is a plus
