About the role

  • Own and lead all aspects of SurveyMonkey’s Immigration program, staying up to date on evolving global immigration laws and ensuring full compliance with regulations
  • Manage and improve end-to-end global mobility processes, including international assignments, temporary travel, transfers, and relocations
  • Serve as the primary adviser and point of contact for immigration and relocation needs, collaborating closely with employees, managers and external counsel to guide and support throughout the process
  • Oversee all visa petitions and work permits, working with external counsel to ensure timely and compliant filings
  • Partner with relocation vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless transitions for employees, including reviewing and processing vendor invoices and managing program budgets
  • Track and report on mobility program metrics, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Provide support to the broader HR team with operational tasks as needed

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in corporate immigration, global mobility, and/or compliance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset
  • Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality
  • GMS (Global Mobility Specialist) certification
  • Experience with employment law and its application in a global context
