Own and lead all aspects of SurveyMonkey’s Immigration program, staying up to date on evolving global immigration laws and ensuring full compliance with regulations
Manage and improve end-to-end global mobility processes, including international assignments, temporary travel, transfers, and relocations
Serve as the primary adviser and point of contact for immigration and relocation needs, collaborating closely with employees, managers and external counsel to guide and support throughout the process
Oversee all visa petitions and work permits, working with external counsel to ensure timely and compliant filings
Partner with relocation vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless transitions for employees, including reviewing and processing vendor invoices and managing program budgets
Track and report on mobility program metrics, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Provide support to the broader HR team with operational tasks as needed
Requirements
2+ years of experience in corporate immigration, global mobility, and/or compliance
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Strong communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset
Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality
GMS (Global Mobility Specialist) certification
Experience with employment law and its application in a global context
