This ensures testing process consistency (e.g. change management SOX, version control, defect tracking, test artifact provision for 404 Audit) and the proper use of other testing related tools, test processes and procedures.
• Acquires and utilizes key business, software application and technical knowledge to maximize effectiveness and quality when completing or assisting in the completion of testing tasks.
• Participate in Simulation, User Acceptance and Limited Production testing events to validate application quality prior to general roll out.
• Responds to peer, management, and others inquiries regarding testing tasks effectively.
• Researches and resolves issues related to testing tasks in appropriate time frame in order to assure test planning schedules are met.
• Working understanding of enterprise CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce, Hubspot) and system architecture, and testing best practices within those SaaS solutions.
