About the role

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing BPO/Outsourcer performance across international borders
  • Expert-level knowledge of NICE IEX or Calabrio
  • Understanding labor laws, cultural nuances, and time zone logistics
  • Specific experience driving 'Line Adherence' improvements in complex environments
