• Provide expert-level SAP UK support across various modules like SD, FICO, HR/ Payroll, WM, BW, and/or MM modules for clients across multiple industries
• Configure, troubleshoot, and optimise SAP modules, ensuring smooth operations for clients
• Perform root-cause analysis of complex issues, identifying practical solutions and preventative measures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, acting as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders
• Take ownership of client cases, ensuring SLAs are met without compromising quality
• Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance system functionality and user experience
• Stay updated on SAP releases, best practices, and industry trends, applying this knowledge to client solutions.
