• Lead and optimise global operations across multiple regions including the UK, the US and India, ensuring compliance and efficiency

• Manage day-to-day HR activities across the UK, India and the USA
• Oversee onboarding, contracts, engagement initiatives and offboarding with accuracy and care
• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, offering clear and timely HR guidance
• Manage our Competency Framework and Coach & Connect cycles to support development and career growth
• Coordinate probation reviews, performance conversations, and engagement check-ins
• Maintain and update HR policies and processes across all entities
• Support payroll, benefits, and HR system accuracy
• Handle employee relations matters fairly, confidentially and in line with best practice and policy
• Deliver HR initiatives and improvement projects on time and to a high standard

• Plan, manage and deliver integrated multichannel campaigns across email, content, social and digital

• Maintain and update the product list, working with key stakeholders to ensure information is current and relevant
• Own and manage our bid management software to ensure high-quality accurate data
• Drive continuous improvements across the bid function enhancing both win rates and efficiency
• Ensure full compliance with client requirements and internal governance

• Prospect into target accounts across the UK and EMEA through cold outreach, social selling, and follow-up on inbound leads

• Build and embed high-impact people strategies that scale with our global growth
• Bring confident, expert-level oversight of employment law across the UK, India, and the US, ensuring best practice and compliance in all regions
• Confidently handle sensitive or complex employee relations cases, providing expert guidance and resolution
• Oversee policy creation, employment contracts, and documentation with full compliance and accuracy across all jurisdictions
• Own career progression frameworks and lead our pay review cycles
• Use data and analytics to inform decision-making, influence leadership thinking, and drive business outcomes
• Drive initiatives that strengthen culture, well-being, and employee experience across a global workforce
• Report directly to the COO and lead the People function, building scalable, high-performing frameworks to support growth.
