About the role
- Proactively build and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools to attract top talent
- Review applications and resumes to identify candidates whose knowledge, skills, and abilities best align with each role
- Conduct Zoom interviews and complete detailed, thoughtful interview scorecards and evaluations
- Schedule and coordinate interviews to ensure a smooth, organized experience for both candidates and Hiring Managers
- Administer technical, creative, and personality assessments, as well as background checks, to support hiring decisions
- Keep hiring teams informed and aligned through clear, timely internal communication
- Stay informed on recruitment trends, job boards, salary data, and market insights to help us remain competitive
- Handle sensitive and confidential documents as well as protect the security of this information
- Manage one project that enhances the team’s effectiveness and contributes toward our annual goals
- Support the Talent Acquisition Team Lead and Manager with additional recruitment tasks and special projects as needed
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with a focus on Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
- Excellent organizational skills, the ability to juggle multiple tasks, and adapt to shifting priorities
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume, and process-driven environment with high attention to detail
- A positive, professional, and self-motivated attitude and a dedication to continuous learning
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including interviewing, meeting facilitation, and reference checks via Zoom, Slack, email, and phone
- Proficiency in MS365, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite
