About the role
- You will be responsible for executing compliance roles & responsibilities including auditing, monitoring, and assisting in the negotiation of commercial terms and conditions, evaluation of risk exposure, and finalizing acceptable contract terms between SupplyCore and subcontractors.
- Execute Supplier Agreements (limitation of liability, termination, indemnification, acceptance, and excusable delays, non-disclosure, teaming, distribution agreements, legal issues, etc.).
- Audit internal SupplyCore processes for adherence to contractual requirements, compliance requirements and with SupplyCore’s Code of Business Ethics.
- Compliance training preparation and execution.
- Review and analyze government solicitations and contract awards for compliance with government requirements.
- Review government regulations and track SME acknowledgement of new or changed clauses.
- Socio-Economic reporting.
Requirements
- BS/BA in Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
- Prior experience in government contracting is preferred. May include military personnel who have been formerly trained or have relevant experience in lieu of civilian experience.
- Forward thinking individual who uses critical thinking to envision new ideas and improve processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to engage in and exchange communication with others in all situations.
- Highly meticulous and organized to execute multiple projects at once, adhering to deadlines.
- Team player, ability, and willingness to collaborate with internal departments of varying levels of expertise.
- Self-driven and proactive in nature. Takes initiative to resolve challenges.
- PC proficiency in Microsoft Suite products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
