Account Manager

• You take full ownership of the Amazon backend (Seller Central) and ensure all workflows (content maintenance, SEO optimization, flat files) run without errors.
• You develop and document scalable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for our junior managers and perform the final quality control (double-check stage).
• You ensure launch readiness for new products — from keyword research to final A+ Content.
• You monitor core KPIs (conversion rate, TACOS, out-of-stock rate) and proactively derive optimization measures.
• You work closely with the founding team on automation projects to sustainably reduce manual effort.
