About the role
- Document and refine workflows
- Identify inefficiencies through data analysis, test solutions, and implement improvements
- Maintain clear, accurate company information in Notion and Slack
- Coordinate celebrations, events, and All Hands meetings
- Administer and maintain workflows in Rippling and Deel
- Lead logistics for new hires and departures
- Prepare and maintain workforce data, metrics, and surveys
- Partner with company leadership on team-facing workflows
Requirements
- 3+ years in cross-functional operations roles spanning systems, coordination, and team support
- Experience coordinating operations across distributed teams in multiple time zones
- Strong analytical and systems thinking skills
- Exceptional attention to detail with initiative to proactively identify and solve problems before they escalate
- Excellent communication skills
