About the role

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment or assigned recruitment stages (sourcing, screening, coordination)
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews (phone/video)
  • Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Present qualified shortlists with clear candidate insights
  • Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
  • Meet agreed hiring timelines and performance targets

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist (agency or in-house)
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills across various roles and industries
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions
  • Results-driven and comfortable working on a freelance/contract basis
  • Reliable internet connection and own recruitment tools (if applicable)
  • Nice to Have
  • Experience recruiting for specific industries (e.g., BPO, Tech, Finance, Healthcare)
  • Background in high-volume or niche hiring
  • Existing candidate network
  • Experience working with international or remote roles
