About the role
- Ensure creative teams are staffed effectively and projects run smoothly.
- Assign creative resources daily based on skillsets, seniority, and availability.
- Run stand-ups to assess workload, priorities, and incoming requests.
- Identify capacity gaps and resourcing risks before they impact delivery.
- Monitor utilization and workload distribution to ensure balanced, sustainable output.
- Collaborate with Account and Project teams to align resourcing with delivery needs.
- Improve resourcing workflows and processes to increase efficiency and clarity.
Requirements
- Experience in traffic, resource management, or project coordination within a creative or production environment.
- Strong understanding of creative disciplines such as design, copy, and motion.
- Ability to match the right skillsets to the right projects quickly and accurately.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
- Experience using resourcing tools and working with utilization data.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
- Clear communication skills when working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to balance business needs with team capacity and sustainability.
