About the role
- Own the end-to-end relationship for 5–10 enterprise customers
- Develop and execute account growth strategies
- Lead renewals and commercial negotiations
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
- Monitor account health and develop ROI-driven business cases
Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience in account management or client services
- Proven track record of managing and growing high-dollar global accounts
- Direct experience with enterprise software, D2C and B2B clients is highly preferred
- Previous roles; 3–5+ years in an account leadership role
- Strong commercial acumen with ownership of revenue and retention targets
- Excellent operational design skills
