About the role

  • Own the end-to-end relationship for 5–10 enterprise customers

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years of experience in account management or client services
  • Proven track record of managing and growing high-dollar global accounts
  • Direct experience with enterprise software, D2C and B2B clients is highly preferred
  • Previous roles; 3–5+ years in an account leadership role
  • Strong commercial acumen with ownership of revenue and retention targets
  • Excellent operational design skills
