About the role
- Drive expansion across Manufacturing, Engineering, and Construction companies with ₹300–₹1,000+ Cr turnover.
- Identify high-potential accounts, define account penetration strategy, and build a strong qualified pipeline.
- Own new business revenue and ARR growth, measured through YoY performance.
- Execute a disciplined sales process covering prospecting, solutioning, negotiation, and closure.
- Translate company GTM strategy into actionable sales plans for the assigned segment.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with CXOs, Logistics Heads, Procurement, and IT leaders.
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members where applicable.
Requirements
- Engineering degree required; MBA preferred.
- 6–8 years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably SaaS products.
- Prior exposure to manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, ERP, TMS, or enterprise tech is a strong advantage.
- Experience handling deal sizes ranging from ₹25 lakhs and above.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong consultative selling skills for complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
