About the role

  • Own end-to-end Sales MIS and revenue reporting
  • Drive funnel analytics by identifying conversion leaks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
  • Enable accurate revenue forecasting by building and maintaining forecast models
  • Enforce CRM data quality and deal hygiene
  • Build role-specific dashboards for Sales leadership, GTM teams, and CXOs
  • Translate data into actionable insights by recommending corrective actions
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CS to align definitions and ensure cross-functional reporting consistency
  • Support leadership reviews with sharp analysis, trends, and decision-ready narratives

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in a Business Analyst / Revenue Analyst / Sales Ops role
  • Experience in B2B SaaS strongly preferred
  • Must have completed MBA or equivalent
  • Deep hands-on experience with CRM systems
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, revenue models, and forecasting
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets; BI tool skills (More preferred)
