About the role
- Own end-to-end Sales MIS and revenue reporting
- Drive funnel analytics by identifying conversion leaks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
- Enable accurate revenue forecasting by building and maintaining forecast models
- Enforce CRM data quality and deal hygiene
- Build role-specific dashboards for Sales leadership, GTM teams, and CXOs
- Translate data into actionable insights by recommending corrective actions
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CS to align definitions and ensure cross-functional reporting consistency
- Support leadership reviews with sharp analysis, trends, and decision-ready narratives
Requirements
- 3–5 years in a Business Analyst / Revenue Analyst / Sales Ops role
- Experience in B2B SaaS strongly preferred
- Must have completed MBA or equivalent
- Deep hands-on experience with CRM systems
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, revenue models, and forecasting
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets; BI tool skills (More preferred)
