Assists in capacity and resource planning for the production lines
Designs manufacturing processes within schedule and budget to improve efficiency
Analyzes and plans workforce utilization, space and tooling requirements
Designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency
Works with cross-functional teams to recommend manufacturing capabilities and production schedules
Effectively utilizes lean manufacturing tools for continuous improvement
Estimates production times, staffing requirements, and related costs
Implements and evaluates proposed designs and processes for manufacturability

Requirements

Bachelor or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred
2+ years of experience in an electronics manufacturing environment preferred
Proficient in soldering skills and using an oscilloscope and a multimeter for troubleshooting
Good electronic background and time management
Basic knowledge of PC, System, and Server operation and troubleshooting
Familiarity with Linux and Python
In-depth knowledge of PCBA and soldering machines
Solid communication skills both verbal and written in English.
