Lead materials planning, demand forecasting, and production readiness for AI server programs.
Drive supplier contract negotiations, ensure on time delivery and overall cost improvements.
Oversee global logistics, import/export compliance, and 3PL/4PL hub operations.
Maintain optimal inventory levels while reducing shortages, excess, and obsolescence.
Manage cross‑functional projects for NPI (New Product Introduction) and capacity ramp‑ups.
Drive supply chain process improvements and partner with Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Services, and Program Management teams.

Requirements

12+ years in supply chain roles within AI server, HPC, or related hardware manufacturing.
Strong background in materials, planning, purchasing, logistics, and inventory control.
Proven project management experience leading cross‑functional hardware or manufacturing initiatives.
ERP/MRP proficiency (SAP, Oracle, preferred).
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
