About the role

  • Work closely with local Nordics sales and direct support with customers.
  • Collaboration and with closely with both Sales and Sales support administrators.
  • Qualify opportunities, create target lists for the vertical market.
  • Monitor inventory, negotiate prices, enter and monitor order stats, facilitate credit and negotiate returns.
  • Develop superior customer service relationships with prospects.
  • Support and consistently to achieve lead and quota.
  • Produce report as necessary.

Requirements

  • At least 1-3-year relevant work experience; ever worked in IT Industry is a plus.
  • Good in English both oral and written is required, Nordics language proficiency or Dutch spoken is a plus.
  • Good administrative and communication skills.
  • Team player, and good interpersonal skills.
  • Customer oriented.
  • Good Microsoft office experience (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point etc.).
  • Experienced in SAP/ERP systems.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment and diverse culture.
