About the role
- Work closely with local Nordics sales and direct support with customers.
- Collaboration and with closely with both Sales and Sales support administrators.
- Qualify opportunities, create target lists for the vertical market.
- Monitor inventory, negotiate prices, enter and monitor order stats, facilitate credit and negotiate returns.
- Develop superior customer service relationships with prospects.
- Support and consistently to achieve lead and quota.
- Produce report as necessary.
Requirements
- At least 1-3-year relevant work experience; ever worked in IT Industry is a plus.
- Good in English both oral and written is required, Nordics language proficiency or Dutch spoken is a plus.
- Good administrative and communication skills.
- Team player, and good interpersonal skills.
- Customer oriented.
- Good Microsoft office experience (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point etc.).
- Experienced in SAP/ERP systems.
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment and diverse culture.
