About the role
- Owner of overall sales revenue and market share of Supermicro Japan
- Owner of Supermicro Japan Annual Sales Plan
- Facilitate sales efforts from multiple Sales Teams to maximize total revenue
- Manage customer lifecycle and satisfaction
- Develop Enterprise market segment in Japan, especially Telecom subsegment
- Further develop CSP segment in Japan
Requirements
- At least 25 years of experience in technology field
- At least 5 years of Executive (VP and above) experience in Sales and/or Business Management in the technology field
- Thorough understanding of customer behaviors of enterprise, CSP and HPC segment
- Expertise of sales channels management
- Familiar with supply chain of computation technology to the component level
- Business fluency in English and Japanese
- BS or BA degree and above
