About the role

  • Owner of overall sales revenue and market share of Supermicro Japan
  • Owner of Supermicro Japan Annual Sales Plan
  • Facilitate sales efforts from multiple Sales Teams to maximize total revenue
  • Manage customer lifecycle and satisfaction
  • Develop Enterprise market segment in Japan, especially Telecom subsegment
  • Further develop CSP segment in Japan

Requirements

  • At least 25 years of experience in technology field
  • At least 5 years of Executive (VP and above) experience in Sales and/or Business Management in the technology field
  • Thorough understanding of customer behaviors of enterprise, CSP and HPC segment
  • Expertise of sales channels management
  • Familiar with supply chain of computation technology to the component level
  • Business fluency in English and Japanese
  • BS or BA degree and above
