About the role

  • Responsible for driving strategic sourcing initiatives across hardware, software, and SaaS categories
  • Research and analyze market trends and supplier landscapes
  • Evaluate supplier quotes and benchmark data
  • Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs
  • Lead supplier negotiations to secure favorable pricing, terms, and contractual agreements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers
  • Draft, review, manage, and ensure compliance with supplier contracts and agreements
  • Identify and mitigate sourcing, contractual, and supplier-related risks
  • Prepare and present sourcing reports, spend analysis, and forecasts to senior leadership
  • Develop supplier management frameworks and continuous improvement methodologies

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and extract actionable insights
  • Proven success negotiating both simple and complex commercial agreements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Excel and standard productivity tools
