About the role
- Responsible for driving strategic sourcing initiatives across hardware, software, and SaaS categories
- Research and analyze market trends and supplier landscapes
- Evaluate supplier quotes and benchmark data
- Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs
- Lead supplier negotiations to secure favorable pricing, terms, and contractual agreements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers
- Draft, review, manage, and ensure compliance with supplier contracts and agreements
- Identify and mitigate sourcing, contractual, and supplier-related risks
- Prepare and present sourcing reports, spend analysis, and forecasts to senior leadership
- Develop supplier management frameworks and continuous improvement methodologies
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and extract actionable insights
- Proven success negotiating both simple and complex commercial agreements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Excel and standard productivity tools
