About the role
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Epic Resolute Hospital Billing and Claims
- Perform system build, configuration, optimization, and maintenance within Epic HB
- Support claims workflows, billing processes, and revenue cycle operations
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions
- Collaborate with operational, IT, and revenue cycle teams to ensure system alignment with business needs
- Support enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing Epic HB initiatives
Requirements
- Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Administration Certification (required)
- Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Claims Certification (required)
- Broad, hands-on experience with Epic Resolute Hospital Billing and Claims
- 9+ years of Epic build experience, with significant focus on HB
- Strong understanding of hospital billing workflows and revenue cycle operations
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.
