About the role

  • Partner on a daily basis with the Product, Sales and Marketing teams and product adoption and messaging.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for new product launches.
  • Drive feature adoption and revenue impact through in-product messaging, lifecycle campaigns, and experimentation.
  • Own positioning and messaging for core products and features across the Super Dispatch platform.
  • Translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions that resonate with target personas.
  • Apply growth hacking principles: rapid testing, hypothesis-driven experimentation, and continuous optimization of messaging and flows.
  • Enable Sales with clear narratives, competitive positioning, and launch materials.
  • Conduct and synthesize customer research, win/loss analysis, and competitive intelligence.
  • Define success metrics for launches and messaging, analyze results, and iterate quickly based on performance.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or marketplace businesses
  • Demonstrated experience working in a Product-Led Growth (PLG)
  • Proven ability to drive adoption, activation, and expansion through product-led and lifecycle strategies
  • Strong understanding of experimentation frameworks, growth loops, and growth hacking techniques
  • Experience owning positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for complex, multi-persona products
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and insights to inform strategy and execution
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills across written and verbal formats
  • Comfort operating with high ownership in a fast-paced, evolving environment
