About the role
- Partner on a daily basis with the Product, Sales and Marketing teams and product adoption and messaging.
- Lead go-to-market strategy for new product launches.
- Drive feature adoption and revenue impact through in-product messaging, lifecycle campaigns, and experimentation.
- Own positioning and messaging for core products and features across the Super Dispatch platform.
- Translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions that resonate with target personas.
- Apply growth hacking principles: rapid testing, hypothesis-driven experimentation, and continuous optimization of messaging and flows.
- Enable Sales with clear narratives, competitive positioning, and launch materials.
- Conduct and synthesize customer research, win/loss analysis, and competitive intelligence.
- Define success metrics for launches and messaging, analyze results, and iterate quickly based on performance.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or marketplace businesses
- Demonstrated experience working in a Product-Led Growth (PLG)
- Proven ability to drive adoption, activation, and expansion through product-led and lifecycle strategies
- Strong understanding of experimentation frameworks, growth loops, and growth hacking techniques
- Experience owning positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for complex, multi-persona products
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and insights to inform strategy and execution
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills across written and verbal formats
- Comfort operating with high ownership in a fast-paced, evolving environment
