Backend Engineer

• Work closely with your team (design, engineering, product, analytics) to figure out and deliver innovative solutions that will drive your team's key metric.
• Own the technical part of Product-Led initiatives inside and outside of the products.
• Document, develop, refactor, deploy, and operate APIs, customer-facing and/or internal components/interfaces that serve Super Dispatch customers.
• Communicate with QA and Support to investigate and fix bugs.

Product Designer

• Learn and deeply understand shipper, broker and carrier workflows, pain points, and opportunities through research, interviews, and data
• Translate insights into problem statements and design directions for the squad
• Design end-to-end solutions for Shipper TMS and validate concepts quickly with AI-powered prototypes
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and smoothly implemented
• Measure usability and adoption through customer feedback and product KPIs, sharing learnings to drive improvements
• Contribute to the design system and foster a culture of experimentation, usability testing, and iteration across squads
• Tell the story of your experiments, what worked, what didn’t, and why, so the team can learn, adapt, and move faster

Senior Product Designer

Account Executive

• Meet/exceed sales objectives with potential new customers including sales quota, number of discovery calls, number of demos, and new pipeline deals
• Manage territory planning and prioritization, execute outbound/inbound sales efforts, identify high-potential customers, negotiate pricing and contracts, and close mid-market to enterprise accounts
• Drive the sales prospect from the initial interaction through the close of the deal while creating a sense of urgency to ensure deals are closed in a timely manner
• Demo the product for prospects while presenting product information that resolves their key business challenges
• Act as a trusted expert to each prospect by building relationships and uncovering customer needs
• Act as the primary point of contact in developing relationships with strategic technical partners
• Keep the CRM (Salesforce) updated, ensuring all information is accurate, relevant, and current
• Leverage Salesloft for sales cadences and activity tracking
• Remain knowledgeable and up to date on product improvements and features, industry news, and competitors
• Participate in industry events and conferences as needed
