About the role
- Responsible for client management in day-to-day operations
- Administration and maintenance of the Windows 11 environment
- Patch management and ensuring smooth update operations
- Application management, including deployment, updates, and troubleshooting
- Contribute to process development, approvals, and test scenarios
- Introduction and optimization of workplace / modern workplace solutions
- Assist in the implementation of new tools and standards
- Collaborate with internal departments (no external customer contact)
Requirements
- Solid experience in client management
- Excellent knowledge of Windows 11
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 (O365)
- Good knowledge of patch and application management
- Structured working style and understanding of IT processes
- Team player with a hands-on mentality
- Fluent in German, at least C1
