About the role
- Responsible for client management in day-to-day operations
- Administration and maintenance of the Windows 11 environment
- Patch management and ensuring smooth update operations
- Application management including deployment, updates and troubleshooting
- Participation in processes, approvals and test scenarios
- Introduction and optimization of workplace/modern workplace solutions
- Involvement in the implementation of new tools and standards
- Collaboration with internal departments (no external customer contact)
Requirements
- Solid experience in client management
- Very good knowledge of Windows 11
- Confident handling of Microsoft 365 (O365)
- Good knowledge of patch and application management
- Structured way of working and understanding of IT processes
- Team player with a hands-on mentality
- Fluent German, at least C1
