About the role

  • Supporting Operational Excellence team to monitor site routine/ways of working implementation across multiple sites in KY (30%)
  • Assist in designing training spaces and materials (Global Standards) to enhance Gemba capability and achieve a world-class organization (50%)
  • Support ongoing efforts in digital transformation, using tools like SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, AI Agents, etc. (20%)

Requirements

  • Must be 21 by the start of the internship in June 2026
  • Pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering from an accredited university, preferably a rising senior or enrolled in a graduate program
  • Ability to perform tasks independently and efficiently, paying close attention to detail and procedures
  • Strong problem-solving & communication skills
  • Self-starter, flexible, comfortable working in unstructured fast-paced environment, and able to manage multiple priorities effortlessly
  • Team player with collaborative style and good listening skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Power Suite (BI, Automate, Apps)
  • High analytical skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
