About the role

  • Supports Suntory Global Spirits NA Customer Supply Chain through customer interfacing, order management, and collaboration
  • Build and maintain relationships across the Supply Chain
  • Work with Distributor base, Commercial, Market Readiness, Plant Operations, and IT
  • Manage the life cycle of domestic purchase orders
  • Process order change requests and respond to inquiries
  • Support training of new team members and maintain updated SOPs
  • Review current order management processes for efficiencies
  • Investigate trends and distributor issues to drive efficiencies
  • Manage Direct Import order placement and specialized orders

Requirements

  • Two or more years in customer-facing roles
  • B2B order management experience a plus
  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Capable of working independently on daily work activity
  • Expresses ideas clearly, informs others effectively
  • Demonstrates ability and willingness to work in a team environment
  • Proven ability to stay focused and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in ERP (SAP a plus), CRM (Salesforce a plus), Office suite
  • PowerBI knowledge a plus
