About the role

  • Conduct exploratory and diagnostic analytics to identify root causes of performance drivers for key metrics (e.g., Forecast Accuracy & Bias, Case Fill Rate, OTIF).
  • Turn data into actionable insight.
  • Identify opportunities to improve forecast accuracy, service and costs and ensure data continually informs decision making within the business unit.
  • Consolidate and prepare monthly performance decks to support the Head of International S&OP and Fulfilment in key meetings and strategic decision-making.
  • Leverage knowledge of supply chain and logistics to solve real world challenges and present insights and recommendations to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Maintain a good understanding of risks and opportunities in your region and use data to drive the right conversations.
  • Act as the primary business liaison to the CoE; identifying opportunities, articulating clear business value and partnering to bring solutions to life.
  • Provide input into requirements definition, solution design, and review processes to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Collaborate with Process SMEs and business stakeholders to clarify acceptance criteria and define test scenarios to ensure solutions are fit for purpose.
  • Coordinate and execute business-side testing (UAT), including: Developing test cases, test plans, and test logs.
  • Reporting testing results and progress to the CoE Process SME for QA
  • Support the deployment of analytics solutions into the business, ensuring smooth adoption and effective use by end-users.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
  • Mentor and coach business stakeholders to enable them to interpret and act on analytics insights so that they confidently use analytics to drive effective, fact-based decisions.
  • Design and deliver training programs to improve data literacy and analytical fluency across your business unit.
  • Host office hours and provide one-on-one coaching to address specific data literacy challenges and build confidence in using analytics tools.
  • Partner with the CoE to ensure consistency in training content and alignment with governance standards.
  • Monitor the impact of analytics solutions and initiatives, ensuring measurable benefits are realized and sustained.
  • Identify and document lessons learned to inform future improvements in analytics embedment and insight generation.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years in Supply Chain with a strong understanding of Demand Planning and Fulfillment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree with preference towards Supply Chain Management
  • Expert proficiency in Excel with high exposure to consuming data through visualization tools such as Power BI / SAP Analytics Cloud
  • Understanding of the data available from supply chain software like SAP IBP, SAP APO, & SAP ECC
  • Proven ability to generate actionable insights and drive performance improvements.
  • Strong storytelling skills to communicate insights effectively and drive stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) across any level of the organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate & work effectively with globally dispersed cross-functional teams at any level of the organization; acute business acumen & understanding of organizational issues & challenges
