About the role

  • Defines, activates, and monitors plans for ND and Rotation of products in the Channel OffTrade/eCommerce.
  • Responsible for the correct implementation and execution of the National Comercial Marketing Plan.
  • Contributes to an active and keyway in the definition of the Growth Plan, Annual Plan with key stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage a group of key accounts, acting as a strategic partner.
  • Lead implementation of promotional and visibility activities with the commercial team.
  • Responsible for creating, coordinating, and supervising promotion & activations.
  • Present market results and insights to stakeholders.
  • Develop and align channel plans with customers strategy.
  • Define and track the annual POS Plan in collaboration with marketing and commercial teams.
  • Administrative management of processes intrinsic to responsibilities.
  • Coordinating international visitor events.

Requirements

  • +5 years work experience
  • +3 years in Trade Marketing
  • University Degree
  • Additional Master will be considered positively.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (Written & Spoken)
  • Proven experience managing large accounts and acting as a strategic partner to KAMs.
  • Strong analytical profile with ability to adapt messages and actions to each account.
  • Commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Database knowledge (Nielsen, IRI, Kantar)
  • Advanced analytical capabilities (strong aptitude for statistics, mathematics or business analytics)
  • Ability to build clear, insight-led presentations by aggregating data from multiple sources.
  • Experience coordinating Plans to the sales team.
  • Experience with Customers Plans
  • Experience with agency management
  • Demonstrate a digital first approach to brand building.
  • Advanced Computer Literacy in Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
