Designer

• Create visual design content for print materials and digital platforms including logos, brochures, websites, advertisements, and marketing materials
• Develop design solutions based on clients’ creative briefs and business strategy that show strong concepts and good typography
• Build out multiple media tactics supporting marketing efforts (web banners, brochures, print ads, social posts, email templates, in-store signage)
• Collaborate with Senior Designer and other team members to produce the best design for each request and tactic
• Accurately prep files for print (CMYK) and web (RGB) release and traffic creative assets for on-time delivery
• Attend and participate in creative brainstorms and status meetings
• Traffic and fulfill logo and graphic asset requests on an ongoing basis
• Offer creative input and feedback throughout design rounds and process
• Design creative value-added presentations
• Partner with analytics team to identify relevant data and prepare written analysis, visual charts and graphs for sales proposals and presentations
• Stay current with the latest design trends, techniques, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to projects
