About the role
- Responsible for all aspects of customer service and sales support.
- Create new orders in internal systems as required.
- Initial quotes, process approvals, shippers and invoice requests according to priority.
- Ensure all pertinent information is captured and entered into ERP.
- Interface with Operations to expedite/prioritize delivery scheduling of services.
- Interface with Customers, Sales, Operations and Shipping/Receiving to resolve issues and answer questions.
- Review and manage workflow schedules to proactively manage open orders.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to multitask
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
