About the role

  • Responsible for all aspects of customer service and sales support.
  • Create new orders in internal systems as required.
  • Initial quotes, process approvals, shippers and invoice requests according to priority.
  • Ensure all pertinent information is captured and entered into ERP.
  • Interface with Operations to expedite/prioritize delivery scheduling of services.
  • Interface with Customers, Sales, Operations and Shipping/Receiving to resolve issues and answer questions.
  • Review and manage workflow schedules to proactively manage open orders.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask
  • Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
