Engineer

• Record-to-Report (Core GL & Close) Support and enhance Oracle General Ledger including: Chart of Accounts, hierarchies, CVRs Allocations, revaluations, translations, and consolidations
• Partner with Accounting during month-end and quarter-end close to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Support financial reporting, audit requests, and SOX-related controls
• Support EDMCS for chart of accounts, hierarchy governance, and publishing to ERP and downstream systems

• Serve as the primary liaison between Finance business stakeholders and IT for Oracle ERP initiatives

• SnapNrack Product Development: Implementation of Lean Startup product development methodology to test product ideas faster and begin further development.
• Management of product development process from beginning to end to ensure product is designed appropriately and in a timely manner in order to meet market window of opportunity.

• Lead product safety, certification, and testing for residential solar mounting systems
• Manage UL compliance, support NRTL submissions, and ensure product changes remain compliant
• Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Product teams to maintain safe, code-compliant designs
• Drive continuous improvement while overseeing compliance roadmap, certifications, and recertification timelines
