• Assist in developing and executing inventory planning strategies to maintain optimal stock levels, considering factors such as sales forecasts, lead times, and seasonality.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to analyze market trends, historical data, and customer demand patterns to create accurate demand forecasts for home furnishing products.
• Monitor and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely placement, delivery, and availability of inventory while maintaining appropriate inventory turns.
• Liaise with suppliers to confirm order details, track shipments, and resolve any supply-related issues, ensuring on-time delivery and resolving discrepancies.
• Conduct regular inventory analysis, including reviewing stock levels, identifying slow-moving or obsolete items, and proposing action plans for inventory optimization.
• Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), inventory metrics, and supply chain performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment and efficient supply chain operations.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of supply chain processes and system.
• Attend evening calls once or twice per week to collaborate with North American stakeholders and ensure effective cross‑time‑zone communication.
• Conduct occasional factory visits to support operational oversight and relationship management.

Supply Planner

Social Media Manager

• Manage and publish original, high-quality content across social media platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Take ownership of social media strategy and media planning, collaborating with the team to drive SUNPAN’s brand and product narratives.
• Build and implement a social media content calendar to ensure consistent, engaging posts, including promoted posts and stories to boost brand awareness.
• Monitor and stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and cultural moments, and apply relevant insights to content planning and execution.
• Analyze data and metrics to create weekly and monthly reports on web traffic, user engagement, and ROI, using insights to optimize content.
• Work closely with the video content creator to produce engaging video content for social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Director to manage the influencer program and track earned media mentions.
• Respond to comments and questions on social media posts, engage with the design community, and curate third-party image submissions for social media and catalogue use.
• Research industry and consumer trends to continuously improve SUNPAN’s social strategy and playbook.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, copywriters, and content creators, to execute campaigns.
• Travel to trade shows to create and support social and video content production.
• Work during select weekends and evenings for trade shows and events to manage live social media coverage.
• Undertake other tasks as assigned by the CEO or the Marketing Team.

Social Media Content Creator

Video Editor

• Content Creation: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality, engaging video content for SUNPAN’s social media channels and website to drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Creative Asset Development: Produce and package social-media-friendly creative assets, including product videos, staff/customer interviews, trade show highlights, and carousel content.
• Interview Coordination: Organize and host interviews with customers and staff to produce captivating digital content for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Social Media Content Creator to develop the content calendar and participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative, trend-forward ideas.
• Post-Production: Retouch and enhance video quality through color correction, audio mixing, and other advanced post-production techniques.
• Content Strategy: Pitch creative ideas to management that differentiate SUNPAN in the social media landscape while aligning with brand guidelines.
• Storyboarding: Build detailed storyboards to execute creative visions and assist in developing innovative social media templates.
• Audience Engagement: Demonstrate a strong understanding of SUNPAN’s audience and create content that resonates with them.
• Production Support: Assist in planning and coordinating photoshoots and video productions alongside the Creative Director.
• Competitor Analysis: Monitor and report on competitor social media and communication strategies to identify and implement trending tactics.
• Event Travel: Travel to trade shows to create and support social and video content production.
• Event Coverage: Work during weekends for key trade shows and pre-scheduled shoots as required.
• Overseas Coordination: Work with overseas videographers, guiding shoot execution through structured shot lists and creative briefs.

Video Content Creator

Ecommerce

• Maintaining assigned eCommerce accounts and monitor the full order lifecycle to ensure all customer requirements are met.
• Accurately enter and process customer orders received via email, EDI, eCommerce platforms (SPS commerce, Duoplane, Truecommerce)
• Validate pricing, product availability, lead times, freight terms, and customer details prior to order release
• Ensure orders comply with company policies, MAP requirements, and customer-specific shipping carrier instructions (shipping method, palletized)
• Monitor order status and ensure timely release to the warehouse through the Warehouse Management System (LISA WMS)
• Responsible for payment collection through Credit Cards, wires, and cheques

• Collaborate with local manufacturing partners to ensure accurate design execution and resolve technical or production-related challenges
• Refine and adjust designs based on manufacturer feedback, material constraints, production capabilities, and cost targets while maintaining design intent

• Monitor industry trends, consumer behaviour, and the North American furniture market.
• Assess the performance and overall health of assigned product categories, identifying growth opportunities and risks.

• Create mood boards, design briefs, and product concepts to support assortment development.
• Collaborate with designers and internal teams to create innovative, on-brand, and commercially viable designs.

• Oversee daily operations of the website, collaborating with web development agencies to plan and implement site enhancements.
• Conduct UAT and provide timely feedback to web development agencies to adhere to release schedules.
• Ensure site stability post-release and work with web agency to address any issues.
• Promptly address customer and staff issues related to website or customer portal access, product visibility, pricing or inventory discrepancies through effective and professional communication.
• Curate product presentation using digital merchandising tactics in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Creative, Sales, and Inventory).
• Work closely with UX/UI designer and the web agency to implement the redesign of key web pages while conforming to WCAG accessibility guidelines.
