About the role

  • Conduct onboarding for new clients, presenting the mentorship program structure, its deliverables, and aligning expectations and objectives.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them throughout their journey in the program.
  • Ensure participant engagement by encouraging attendance at calls, events, and consulting activities.
  • Perform follow-ups with less active clients to increase participation and program utilization.
  • Support community management and moderation by organizing communication groups and encouraging productive interactions among participants.
  • Respond to client inquiries and route internal requests to the appropriate teams.
  • Collect participant feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience in customer success, customer service, or client relationship roles.
  • Experience with high-ticket clients or mentorship/coaching programs is a plus.
  • Organized profile with the ability to handle multiple clients and simultaneous demands.
  • Clear, organized communication and a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to build relationships and establish trust with clients.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and anticipate needs.
  • Strong organization skills and ability to manage routines and processes.
  • Customer-experience and success-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Ownership mentality, taking responsibility for the clients' journey and satisfaction.
  • Interest in the financial market and investments is considered an advantage.
