Design, assemble, and implement a training curriculum blueprint within time and budget constraints
Maintain knowledge of our organization, products, and industry to ensure trainings remain relevant and allow for our sales team to be highly proficient upon completion
Create and distribute training resources, learning aids and process documentation to learners
Collaborate with multiple departments to maintain workflow/classroom schedule & troubleshoot IT issues
Produce physical and digital educational material (e.g. videos and case studies)
Work closely with the sales management team to develop broad training objectives and individual goals to drive world-class sales performance
Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses
Ensure training effectiveness by delivering top-tier, user friendly materials and learning experiences that will be taught at varied levels across a variety of learning styles
Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses and change/improve materials as needed
Monitor and manage progress of ramping sales rep’s objectives and results and conduct skills gap analysis to identify areas of improvement
Ensure the organization of materials on our Sales Sharepoint page
Report on the impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved)
Maintain updated records of training material, curricula, and costs
Onboard new salespeople
Take on additional tasks & duties as assigned by CSO
Requirements
4+ Years of Inside Sales experience
Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role
Experience with designing training programs/content creation within a sales environment
Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, or related field strongly preferred
Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning
Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms
Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills
