Supply Chain

• Analyze and coordinate the logistical functions of the organization; assists in the life cycle of a product, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, and final disposal of resources
• Manage daily shipments activities to ensure incoming and outgoing shipments are properly planned and coordinated
• Work closely with suppliers and carriers to ensure Sunlighten's needs are met and resolve any issues regarding shipments/deliveries
• Monitor and resolve customer cases pertaining to shipping concerns or damages by answering phone calls and responding to emails and chats
• Assist in daily order processing and ensure accurate inventory flow to properly set and meet customer expectations
• Assist the sales team, sales operations team, and customer care teams by quickly answering questions regarding delivery, inventory and estimated timelines
• Utilize data analysis tools to identify trends and make recommendations for improving efficiency, reducing costs, and optimizing operations
• Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position

Logistics Coordinator

Designer

• - Utilize CAD software to create, modify, and optimize detailed drawings and layouts of custom saunas for Sunlighten customers.
• - Develop routine layouts, detail drawings, assembly drawings, sketches, and diagrams for various custom sauna designs.
• - Actively participate in and maintain frequent communication with various departments on all project phases, collaborating closely with sales representatives, engineers, and other team members to translate conceptual designs into practical and manufacturable drawings.
• - Assist in early schematic design by providing input and creating initial drafts to explore design options and feasibility.
• - Generate comprehensive technical drawings that include all necessary views, dimensions, annotations, and specifications to guide manufacturing processes.
• - Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation of design revisions, ensuring that all versions are readily accessible to the team.
• - Demonstrate a strong understanding of engineering terminology and principles to effectively communicate with engineers and other team members.
• - Utilize basic mathematical calculations to verify measurements, dimensions, and tolerances in drawings.
• - Provide technical support and clarifications to manufacturing and assembly teams during the production phase to resolve any design-related issues.

Drafter – Sauna Designer

Ecommerce

• Develop and optimize Shopify Plus storefronts, translating Figma designs into high-quality, accessible, responsive, and performant experiences.
• Build and maintain custom templates, sections, and reusable components using Liquid, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Optimize front-end performance, including site speed, Core Web Vitals, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and eCommerce teams to implement UX improvements, performance optimizations, and conversion enhancements.
• Own Shopify Plus checkout logic and operational flows, including pricing, promotions, cart behavior, shipping, payment conditions, and multi-store automation via Shopify Flow.
• Design, build, and maintain integrations with enterprise systems (Salesforce CRM, NetSuite ERP, analytics, fulfillment platforms) using GraphQL, REST, and webhooks; ensure data integrity and system reliability.
• Support global commerce initiatives, including multi-currency pricing, localization, and international storefront configurations.
• Manage staging, QA, and production environments using Git workflows, code reviews, and structured release management.
• Other duties as assigned and discussed.
