Payroll

• Assist with processing payroll on a regular schedule (weekly, biweekly, or monthly)
• Review timekeeping records for accuracy and completeness
• Enter and update employee payroll information, including new hires, terminations, and pay changes
• Assist with calculating wages, overtime, deductions, and benefits contributions
• Help maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
• Respond to basic employee payroll questions and escalate issues as needed
• Assist with employee benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and terminations
• Support new hire benefits onboarding
• Help maintain benefits records and employee documentation
• Respond to basic employee benefits inquiries
• Assist with open enrollment preparation and communication
• Coordinate with HR and benefits vendors as needed
• Take on additional tasks and duties as assigned by the HR Manager to support overall HR functions.
