Customer Success Manager

• You guide new customers through the onboarding process and ensure Sunhat is successfully implemented within their organization.
• As the central point of contact, you support our customers in using the platform, work through challenges with them, and ensure they get the most out of the software.
• You monitor how the platform is used, identify opportunities for improvement, and proactively help our customers continuously increase their success with Sunhat.
• You build strong relationships with teams on the customer side and ensure an all-round positive customer experience.
• You collect customer feedback, identify recurring obstacles, and work closely with our product team to continuously improve the platform.
• You contribute to Help Center articles, guides and best practices so our customers can work even more efficiently with Sunhat.

• Cross-functional collaboration: Du bist die Brücke zwischen Marketing, BDRs und Customer Success, damit aus einem Lead eine echte Erfolgsgeschichte wird.
• Verhandlungsstärke: Du verhandelst auf Augenhöhe mit Entscheidern (oft auf C-Level oder Head-of-Ebene) und findest Lösungen, die für beide Seiten nachhaltig funktionieren.
• Kundenbindung: Du stimmst dich eng mit Customer Success ab, um ein nahtloses Onboarding und langfristige Kundenzufriedenheit zu gewährleisten.

Full-stack Engineer

• Drive generative and agentic AI initiatives from ideation to deployment, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and seamlessly integrated into our platform.
• Work on tasks using generative AI and natural language processing, such as text generation with agentic RAG, semantic similarity, and classification, leveraging state-of-the-art AI models.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers to integrate GenAI models and agentic workflows directly into our platform, focusing on efficiency, security, and large-scale performance.
• Use modern LLMOps practices and TDD (Test-Driven Development) to ensure reliable, maintainable pipelines and enable rapid iteration and deployment of models.
• Work with product management, sustainability experts, and the engineering team to translate business requirements into powerful, AI-driven features that enhance our product's capabilities and usability.

AI Software Engineer

• Pilot- & PoC-Management: Du planst, konfigurierst und steuerst Piloten und Proof-ofConcepts eigenverantwortlich – von der technischen Einrichtung der Testinstanz bis zur inhaltlichen Begleitung des Kunden durch den Evaluationsprozess.
• Produktdemos & technische Überzeugungsarbeit: Du führst tiefgehende, maßgeschneiderte Demos durch, die den spezifischen Use Case des Prospects treffen – ob EcoVadis, CDP, CSRD oder ein Custom-Workflow.
• Sales-Asset-Support & Angebotserstellung: Du erstellst Standard-Verkaufsunterlagen (z. B. Value-Prop-Decks, Pricing-Übersichten, ROI-Kalkulatoren) und unterstützt operativ bei der Angebotsvorbereitung.
• Administration & Vendor Compliance: Du übernimmst in enger Abstimmung mit dem AE die operative Abwicklung von NDAs und DPAs sowie die Bearbeitung von IT-Sicherheitsfragebögen und Vendor-Richtlinien.
• Lead-Aktivierung & Multi-Touchpoint-Management: Du steuerst im Namen des AE personalisierte Follow-up-Kampagnen in HubSpot und identifizierst proaktiv relevante Signale im LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
